Gordon Pierce / President
Mr. Pierce founded Cape & Island Tennis & Track in 1972. He has been raising industry standards ever since. As a past Chairman of the United States Tennis Court and Track Builders Associations (USTC&TBA), Mr. Pierce continues to serve on technical boards with the USTA and the USTC&TBA. This dedication to the improvement of our industry with the desired result of improving the quality of game play is what separates Cape & Island Tennis & Track from typical sports facility contractors. Outside of work, Mr. Pierce spends as much time as he can on his boat with his wife Cathy and their three sons and one daughter.

David Moore / Vice President
Has a business management background attending college at Cape Cod Community College and Berkshire Christian College. David joined CIT&T in the summer of 1977 and began as a field technician. This hands on training in all facets of repair, maintenance and construction allowed him to learn the intricacies of the business. In 1985 he was promoted to vice president. Today David uses his experiences to manage the Construction, Soft Court and Fence Divisions including sales and estimating. David is a "Certified Tennis Court Builder", having met the requirements for certification from the United States Tennis Court and Track Builders Association. Aside from work, David spends his time with his wife Caron and their five children and still finds time for his hobby, coaching girls’ volleyball at the high school and club level.
Kristoff Eldridge / Marketing & Operations
Kristoff has been involved with the sport of Track and Field as an athlete/fan/coach since high school. In 1993 Kristoff began working for Cape & Island Tennis and Track as a field technician during the summers until his graduation from college in 2000 when he began working for us full time. Currently Mr. Eldridge handles the marketing and operations of our Running Track Division. Although not currently coaching Kristoff tries to stay on top of the latest coaching techniques and at some point would love to return (at least part time) to the sport. He has been given the designation of CTB (Certified Track Builder) by the American Sports Builders Association. Kristoff serves the ASBA as a member of the Running Tracks a Construction and Maintenance Manual editorial board. He serves as an ASBA Technical contact and he represents the industry at NCAA and NFSHS rules committee meetings.
